Teachers Resources
Perhaps you have heard the phrase "entrepreneurs are born, not made".
This simply isn’t true. Entrepreneurs are not part of an elite group designated by birthright. Sure, some may have been born
into entrepreneurial lineage and taken over a family business, but the majority of entrepreneurs are self-made. They evolve
out of hard work, education, attention to their environment, and even some out of necessity.
As an educator, you have the opportunity to help mold this type an
individual. Your students will reap the benefits of this knowledge in almost all aspects of their life. Weaving
entrepreneurial concepts into the fabric of your teaching creates a foundation your students can call upon later in
life. Helping them to breach the gap between "how do I do this?" to "what can I do with this?" sets up a thought
process applicable to finding creative solutions for many problems.
